Chaplaincy

Dr. Chase Wilhelm | Statewide Chaplain

Chaplaincy services are available in each facility to meet the religious needs of the offender population. Special programming for those who are incarcerated includes religious services following the guidelines of 20 Illinois Administrative Code, Ch. 1 Part 425.
