Mandy Page | Deputy Director of Human Resources
Mandy Page was appointed Deputy Director of Human Resources on March 1, 2020. In this position, Page provides oversight to all aspects of human relations management, which is comprised of statewide hiring, classifications, transactions, compliance and control, benefits, and the payroll/timekeeping office. She also oversees Employee Services, including the background investigations unit, central screening unit, drug testing unit, and recruiting.
Page began her career at IDOC in 1999 as an Office Specialist with the Office of Inmate Issues and the Central Screening Unit. She has worked in a variety of roles throughout her career to include positions in the Background Investigations Unit, Operations Division and the Legal Division as the Acting FOIA Officer. She also served as the Parole Division Hearing Officer and statewide Personnel Manager. Page has served as the Secretary of the Illinois Correctional Employees’ Memorial Association since 2015.
